In anticipation for the forthcoming Hardcore Will Never Die album, this is a tribute track using some of Mal's vocals. This was great fun to do. raveystabs.co.uk
Scooter is going to copy these lyrics....again! lol epic stuff. I cant remember how many times I blasted Ultra Sonic tunes at full volume back in the day. That 303 Acid bass line :)
I drove to work this morning around 4am. And on the way out, I grabbed the "US Global Tekno / Tekno Junkies" CD. What a blast! I searched for some MKS-50 videos now and that's how I actually found this video and your channel. Very good work, I love this track! Cheers from Scooter-land ;-D
Thanks. I very recently got an MKS-50. My Juno 2, which I did a video on (Juno 2 Rave Machine), has been in for repair 3 years now (it's complicated). Mal was one of many that asked about getting the presets from that vid.
The pattern is on the TD3 and MIDI clocking syncing it, however equally it could’ve been note triggered as that supports accent and slide too. I used the ABL3 pattern import feature as its pattern editor is super quick.
@@RaveyStabs Thanks for sharing! I hate the sequencer on the TD-3 and do all my work from the Keystep Pro, which works quite well! I have heard a lot about this ABL3, but never did check it out. You are saying I can create patterns on this and the TD-3 will accept and play them?
@@ASH-ou4cg Yes I share that hate! ABL3 is a v good 303 VST with a very nice pattern editor (it has traditional editing but also a grid based screen too). It can export .pat files and Behringer's software supports importing them and they come across perfectly. I constructed the 303 part in ABL3 originally but wanted the live element, so did that then disabled ABL3 track in the project and brought in the TD3 instead.

Nice. What are the drum loops in this pls? :)
The main breakbeat is from 2 Bad Mice - Hold It Down, also used by Urban Hype in Trip To Trumpton :)
@@RaveyStabs awesome, thanks a lot m8 :)
Is the TD-3 being sequenced via midi?
