That's the problem
Yep it’s the DAs who fail us.
Vote for strong judges.
It’s about time they do something
I was half expecting this video to be taking place somewhere east, not here in Nevada lol
I was in Philly recently. I had to go toWalgreens. When I went there, I saw some stuff locked up. Not just expensive perfumes, but just $8 bottles of lotion. I needed an employee to unlock them.
You know it’s bad when the cheap stuff is locked up too
I recognized that thumbnail, knew this was my city.
What city?
What city ??
Henderson
Ohhhh
@@turtlesnail9824 ok but what state?
Gavin Newson and California said that you could steal up to $900 and not be prosecuted. Am I at $900 at fix my car be safe out there.
You know is happening in every state not only in California
$950 threshold in CA is one of the lowest in the country. In most states it takes a lot more to be charged with a felony. I think in Texas you can still up to $2500 before it’s a felony
@@slava8617 i think the issue was that the District Attorney refused to prosecute
@@Erik-qy4cn that is true! That’s the issue we actually have. The threshold is not the issue
That’s not true
I've always been honest, it's worth it.
“Crime for need “ is still a crime
We need this in California.
1:15 homie carrying a rifle is wild
Retail theft is inflationary
Yep even those of us who actually work and contribute to society still have difficulties paying bills and affording basic necessities now... I'm homeless in my car...
inflation isn't real, make things cheaper or i'll simply steal them
I hate when ppl steal. whats wrong with them.
Some of this is organized crime. People will steal and sell the stolen goods.
Money is the issue
@@UrFavoriteFurry400maybe they should stop being poor
@@losbloontas I agree
@@losbloontas It wasn't about being poor. They weren't sealing food to eat or necessities like diapers, etc.
It is about time ! However , this will do no good as lenient judge continue to hand out probation and suspended sentence for these crime !
Good. All these thieves just cause prices to go up plus major inconveniences for normal shoppers such as self checkout being removed and many items locked up requiring you to find an employee to open it thus making it longer to complete your shopping
ABOUT TIME
Get a job and buy stuff! Enough with shoplifting! 😡😡😡
The authority should make shoplifters carry something heavy as punishment! Depending how much stuff they stole, should be how long to carry heavy stuff!
Even those of us who actually work and contribute to society still have difficulties paying bills and affording basic necessities now... I'm homeless in my car...
Maybe look at several factors too;
Companies can’t afford to hire people based on criminal backgrounds, availability, age gap, location etc.
Another sad factor is that many would rather live on welfare than earn actual income
Or the jobs probably don’t pay well to begin with to pay off expenses
What if the pay is too low?
@@Network126hmmm... Terrible but.... You ever thinking of being nomadic and use your smartphone or use any apps to do your resume for ever work you done in your travels?
Go on! Go for an adventure! Travel City to city, State to state, Park to Park and see everything and meet anyone
Starting to take this serious? If you would have taking action initially this wouldn’t be happening now.
I know. "This has been going on for years. Maybe we should finally do something about it...." Government sucks.
America needs to have more cops and agents ....also swat
HPD is really awesome. I wish I was sober when I was living in Henderson- but they were a phenomenal resource when helping me get the help I needed!
Big issue is many cities and towns cant have its police catch these shoplifters every day, many places have a shortage of cops, and reaidents want them to fight real crime.
Then we need vigilantes
Means nothing if you have a district attorney who declines to press charges equally.
It happens everyday
You steal you go to jail, who’d ever think I’d be any other way ?
Maybe don't make things so expensive or work so...depressing
Not the thumbnail being my local Walmart 💀
Thank you for helping out with the employees and management because we are tired of these shoplifting criminals. We are in dire need of more security officers walking throughout the store to monitor the safety of employees and customers.
It's about time we finally stood up to these thugs!
they try to resell the items on facebook market
Why is the swat guy at 1:14 wearing Jordan 3s? 😂😂
What do you want him to wear? flip-flops?
Maybe because he can afford them unlike you 👀
He found them in one of the busts 😂
Not a SWAT guy. He's a detective or someone else who wears plainclothes
Because they went missing from evidence from another bust. It's also against policy and workers comp to wear those types of shoes.
Cop arrested but released by judge 😂
EXCELLENT! I'm almost always for the police👍
Took them 4 years to finally start acting ....what a good police force for the people
Lisa would confront those shoplifters
just remove their hands so they can't shoplift again
Ah yes, good ole hammurabi justice@NewfieAsianKid
Sharia Law in America 😯😲😳🥺😦😧
@@KHWADI Now they like sharia law in America ))))
I'm not saying we should do this, but I am saying that if you did it once, on camera, and then replayed it on the news, shoplifting cases would plummet.
Just saying.
Sounds like sharia law
About time you get those criminals straight to jail
Now that police have arrested them the courts need to send them to jail instead of giving them probation and dropping of charges because they will keep doing this.
Security guards also need legal authorization to detain shoplifters, police response can be delayed at times and people need to know that security can be just as responsive.
They do have the authority, the problem is that they can get sued if the person in question gets hurt when it's unnecessary. Like a security guard accidentally breaking an arm or a leg.
yes I do agree
I once was shopping at 1 of these malls me & family I have I love shopping at & I was at gamestop at that mall & a customer was outside yelling a lot out loud in front of century 21 store (which that use to be until that century 21 store was shut down along with each century 21 store & replaced with a kohls store) & she was continuing to yell during while a group of century 21 security officers were grabbing her & to make her no longer yell
& me & other customers at this mall watched this 1 customer grabbed by these century 21 security officers & she was no longer yelling & these security officers brought her back into century 21
& after that me & these other customers started to continue going about own business like how we did before this matter
@@TimberlakeTigerGirl technically that also applies to cops, retail security guards should be issued body cams in case of accusations of excessive force.

Solid 6 months in jail alone if the store owner sues. A full year in prison for child endangerment
They’ll be back on the streets in no time. Thank your DAs
When I think about what state or city I would move to, the importance of law and order is going to be one of my top criteria. I am not moving to a lawless city or state. This program is very heartening.
Don't Shoplift!!!
GOOD JOB!!!!
And the prosecutors will let them right back out
How about the DAs that don't convict them????? What a fluff story.
DAs don't convict.
Thank you cops
Picked up at three and out of jail by 6:00 pm
They didn’t even use one of their actual children they left in the vehicle in 85° weather?! Hope they were charged with endangering a child, child neglect, and every other charge they could be charged with!
Probably not. 🙄
