i recently preordered albums, and i think we have to wait for the album to come out and the package to ship because the 'you buy we ship' form asks for the tracking number
the form asks to submit a screenshot that shows the website name alongside the name and price but because weverse an app with no address bar, there is no way to show the website name: "Please make sure to attach a screenshot which shows the item name, price and website name for item registration on carrier's system. If the screenshot does not include all required information, shipment can be delayed." Will a screenshot of just the item and price be okay? can you please also confirm what address to use? the one on the website under my address says 지하 1층 B102호, Suite (my suite number) but the one in the video adds "business design center" to this line. will it get to you if i didn't include "business design center"? i am not allowed to change it now that i have placed the order. thank you

This means that depending on the category of the product (HS Code), the country of origin, the threshold for duties and taxes, and the presence or absence of FTA or other trade Agreements between Korea and your country, you may have to pay duty&tax to FedEx or a designated broker. For more exact information on your particular case, please check with the customs office in your country.

If we are talking about the "My incoming package" form, please choose one of the carriers from dropbox. It's the carrier that is used by a seller to deliver to our warehouse. The seller should tell you which carrier they use and a tracking number once your order is shipped to us.
