BNSF Freight Train Meets Coal Train

A westbound BNSF unit freight train slowly approaches Agency, Iowa on October 9, 2015. You can hear its crew calling for a BNSF foreman over the radio as it gets closer. The cars on this train are all short, two-bay covered hoppers.
For some reason, the crossing gates I'm next to go down at 1:46 then back up at 2:38.
After this first train finally enters the town, it meets an eastbound coal train topping the hill.
