ที่สำคัญนอกจากวิธีการที่หลากหลายแล้ว ก็ต้องวางแผนและทำอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ชาวบ้านไม่นิ่งเฉย รอคอย หรือเอาแต่ยืนดู ราชการหาทางเข้ามาช่วย เข้ามาร่วมกันหลายๆ หน่วยงาน ดึงเอกชนมาหนุน สื่อก็ช่วยกันกระจายเรื่องดีดี ศาสนา พระ วัด โบสถ์ นักวิชาการต่างๆ ก็เข้ามาช่วยกัน มาทำ มาพิสูจน์ คำสอนของพระองค์ท่าน ว่าการจัดการน้ำ "ทฤษฎีใหม่" นั้นทำได้จริง แก้ไขปัญหาได้จริงและยั่งยืน ถ้าเริ่มตั้งแต่ปีนี้ ปีหน้าก็เห็นผล ปีโน้น ปีต่อๆ ไปก็จะหยุดแล้งได้อย่างแน่นอนครับ

During the upcoming dry season is the most suitable period for drought prevention planning. It begins with taking a holistic view of the entire system, then designing and implementing plans. Even though it may start from small points, one must see the bigger picture of the entire system and plan accordingly for all forms of water management, including large, medium, and small-scale systems, from reservoirs, canals, marshes, ponds, to agricultural reservoirs and wetland areas. All systems must be interconnected with the goal of addressing drought problems sustainably. Accumulating knowledge further is also possible with various methods, up to 108 types.
Apart from the diverse methods, it's crucial to plan and act collaboratively. Villagers should not remain idle, wait, or just observe; government officials need to find ways to help together. Multiple agencies should join forces, pulling in private support, while the media should help disseminate positive stories. Religion, monks, temples, churches, and various experts should also come together to help implement and demonstrate His Majesty's teachings that the "new theory" of water management is feasible, capable of solving problems sustainably. If initiated this year, results will be seen next year, and in the following years, droughts will undoubtedly be alleviated.
