exporting now. very informative video, not just showing the best settings but explaining why is huge. I wasn't sure what my resolution was when I recorded so I just set it to stretch to output screen. we will see how that works.

Hi, I'm new to Vegas and I saw that you only talked about Rendering rather than Exporting. What options are the Best when you go to File and select Export I don't see as many options as Adobe Premiere, so which one do you recommend selecting for keeping a good quality and not too heavy at the same time? Or does Vegas takes care of this when you render so then by exporting you don't have to worry much?
Would really appreciate your help and thoughts about Exporting files in Vegas Pro 14.

Rendering in Vegas is the same as Exporting in Adobe Premiere Pro. So the best method is to use the render method that I show you in this video.
