My Maestro often tells me: dancing tango is like having a conversation. You can choose to speak loudly , or quietly; speak a lot or not speaking at all. A moment of quietness is as just powerful . A conversation doesn’t require constant shouting, just because you know all the fancy words, you don’t need to use all of them in your dialogue . I have watched ( and studied ) them, their technique, precision are amazing but they always “ talk” too much , one trick after another.. and often, their dancing leaves me cold. They are indeed incredible technicians.
no hay nadie que interprete la musica como Gustavo comparado con el los demas parecen mediocres...
parafraseando a fidel: dentro de la musica todo, fuera de la musica nada...
one can't deny they know how to do all their stuff, but it leaves me cold, sorry.....
