Yes, but these days we have social media and private reporters on scene that show us all what really happened. We all know the MSM is never telling the whole truth or even twisting the truth in their favour
Real dutch people are not behind this, but they are to cowardes to act against these muslims in the netherlands. And many dutch are against Israël and jews.
They just created the fertile environment for this to happen, then stood back and did nothing but watch, making sure their locals were safe, and giving police legal choice to allow it.

To chant and tear down flags and provocations do not justifiy any violence against human beings. Fact is that the arab mob was organized, and this was a hunt for Israelis, thats part is a crime and to what extend it must be considered terrorism which would justified even a refusal of the Netherlands passport to an immigrant, has still to be assesed. For the participating taxi drivers, the sanction is clear. Supporting violence and participating is against any employers company policy. Job is gone. The ethnic Dutch police officers tried hard to protect the Israëli supporters. She claimed she had no choice then to allow a 'counter-demonstration' "on hearing distance". Dutch TV channels that simply broadcasts anything the Palestinian Authorities (Hamas) say(s).

My family moved from Holland to the US in the early 90s. Prisons were closing back then. The Muslim immigration started then & remember my dad saying; it won't be long before those prisons are full again. I live in Canada now & am afraid to let my daughter or wife walk the streets at night.
@@lucia-hm8oo I live in Canada. There are alot of arabs here, but for now its better than Europe. I would not wear Jewish symbols but I don't feel scared.
I live in Canada. We are not religious but wearing Star of David. We are not planning to remove it. Recently Canada changed a lot. But we came from Russia and we know how to survive in antisemitic country.
I’m Dutch. My entire weekend has been messed up by this horror. Unfortunately this poison drink was already brewing in the late nineties. It became slightly more visible after every five years. But still opaque to the masses. The Netherlands is a densely populated area. Approximately twice the size of Israel, but reaching 18 million inhabitants. Many of whom live in and around Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. These cities - where all the important political decisions are being made - have a large number of Islamic inhabitants. While they are not the majority in such cities yet, they do make up a significant and loud portion of each city. This gives them a lot of leverage. Politicians and civil servants try to manage their presence, by appeasing to them as much as possible. It’s a tragic numbers game as well. There are only approximately 30.000 Jews left in our country. Half of them live in Amsterdam and surrounding municipalities. Then there are easily more than a million Muslims. Many of whom are - to say the least - unsympathetic toward Israel in particular. What does this mean? Many - and I repeat - many regular Dutch folks do support Israel and are sympathetic to Jews. But on the other hand, there are also quite a few Dutch antisemites. Catholics, far-right loons like Thierry Baudet and an even larger portion of left-leaning Dutch citizens. They happily assist Islamic anger toward Israel and its citizens. Many journalists included. The mayor of Amsterdam is a prominent member of one of the most hostile political parties toward Israel - GroenLinks (green and very left-leaning). At the same time, this party acts like a motherly blanket toward anything Islamic. Those people ‘need to be protected and elevated.’ Especially through affirmative action. So they get jobs in police units, as airport security and even governing positions. As I’m writing this, Dutch-Moroccans, Dutch-Turks and some recent additions from Syria and Afghanistan are wrecking Amsterdam. Including setting a tram on fire, which costs millions to replace. It’s a message: ‘don’t piss us off. We are here and we rule the streets.’ It will be very hard and challenging to fix this threat to our democracy. But I’m thankful that Jews at least have Israel to build up a decent and safe life. Without the monsters who so violently chased Israeli football fans in Amsterdam. Never lose your country. Fight for every inch. And don’t apologize when you defeat these nasty Islamists. You are in my heart, prayers (to G-d and G-d only) and charity. All the best.
Every where in Canada Islamics pro Palestine, aka Hammas, protests, rallies are popping up. My sister is pro Palestine and so are so many ill-informed people in North America. USA. My husband is Dutch, we're visiting in May.

He might have been saved by an angel. What a terrifying story. Is like the second world war. How evil. I pray for the Israelis to be safe and for justice for them and the perpetrators should go to jail or send to an Arab counrty.
'Like the second world war'??? Are you kidding me? Maccabi hooligans were causing trouble, chanting genocidal slogans, they beat up a taxi driver and were walking around the streets with sticks and metal pipes and they were throwing rocks at people. The israeli football fans were the perpetrators here, the israelies just play the victim card when they get into trouble. 'Saved by an angel'? What angel would save someone who is living in a country that is actively commiting war crimes and ethno-genocide against innocent Palestinian people.
If you wanna hear a terrifying story, just read about the victims of the genocide in Palestine. The innocent children, woman, men and pets. Those people where someone's partner, someone's kid, someone's cousin, etc. They will never get back what they have lost, the children who are still alive have lost their innocence because they have seen death.
I stand firmly against anti-Semitism and all forms of evil. As someone who is not Jewish, I feel it's important to denounce these heinous and unjust acts that target individuals based on their ethnicity. If there is anyone in Amsterdam who can assist in this tragic situation, please reach out to the Israeli government so they may collaborate with your local authorities to aid in the rescue of the missing Jewish individuals. May God bless you abundantly. Amen. My prayers are with all those from Israel and the Jewish community affected by the incident at the soccer game✡
No one in Amsterdam targeted these hooligans because of their ethnicity. They were the ones who went on a rampage singing genocidal chants, tearing down Palestinian flags and beating up people. Do you think the people in Amsterdam is just going to sit quiet and let some foreign hooligans do this in their country?
What about anti-arab sentiments? Heck, I'm not even a fan of muslims in all honesty, and still the double standard on these reports is mind blowing. Do people even know what the Maccabi guys did??
Take your loss, you lost not only the match by far but also you miscalculated the fact that citizens of Amsterdam would take a stand and stand tall against these Isr fascist violent football thugs.
Don't talk BS and get your facts right. The Maccabi fans were chanting F the Arabs and sang about killing children in Gaza. The Scumbags also disrespected the Minutes silence for the victims of the Spanish floods. No good trying to play the Anti Semitic card when there was retaliation.
Den Haag is The Hague, it’s the political capital, not a small. I’m Dutch, and I am So Sorry for what happened. The people who attacked were not local Dutch people, they were Muslim immigrants. God Bless the Jewish people and Israel.❤

2 groups of Hooligans. The Maccabi fans were looking for a clash (but got very favorable mainstream media coverage after they had gotten their clash). They were politically motivated and wanted to be offensive (as offensive as possible. Paraded around in Amsterdam the night before and sang: there are no schools in Gaza because there are no children. And of course f Gaza and the like. The day before taxi drivers were attacked. One was hurt, one vehicle was destroyed, Maccabi fans threw stones at buildings. Then they (as a group in their sector) disturbed the silence for the Spanish flood victims in the stadion (It seems the Spanish government had criticized the Israeli government ... I would not have known that, didn't make big headlines, so it cannot have been that severe - but the group knew it and they WANTED to show their grudge. Showing their true colors. They certainly were not there for the sportmanship, even regarding the victims they wanted to make a point. Or rather about the Spanish government. That stands out and it tells something about their motivation, if exchanges between governments influence respect to the victims of a terrible flood. They also were not shy to offend Europeans). The Police should have treated them like other trouble makers. Starting with NOT letting them parade around the night before - trying to stir up something. Normally police would keep the groups separated, restrict their movements. It is of course possible that less violent Maccabi fans were attacked while the most aggressive members of their group had already been isolated. Well, they wanted to be associated with that group. If this had been German vs. UK (potential) hooligans, the police would have known what to do and we would not get one sided media reports how one side were victims. They were not - not as a group. Enough was said about the Muslim hooligans, so I just wanted to complete the picture.

21 century and this is let to happen like in 1930? Where are the people from the gov and the police that are supposed to have to stop this? Why do they let this happen on many countries? Hypocresy!!
No, the Jews in Europe in the 1930s did not instigate violence and did not misbehave or intimidate their fellow citizens. Nor did they visit other countries and were LOOKING to start something. - the police gave the Maccabi hooligans much more licence compared to German or UK hooligans. They would not have been allowed to roam Amsterdam the day before, they would have tried to separate them early on. The Maccabi supporters showed who they were when they disrespected the flood victims in Spain.
I PROUDLY STAND WITH ISRAEL. Even though some typical behaviour from hardcore fans may be offensive, this doesn't warrant the actions of the rabid mouth foaming lynch mob.

@TurkishTruthHurts If you mean, somebody took down so called palestinian flag, look at multitude of videos of Muslims burning Israeli flag in different countries. Yes it's offensive too, but we are not attacking a muslim when we see one. It was premeditated islamofascist attack, ambushing unarmed single people or small groups. We have receipts. Always attack first and then cry islamophobia! Such a "honorable" culture/ religion. Only the brightest are able to break trough indoctrination. Oh, and the activists you mentioned, are well-known propagandists, it's not "another side" of the story
@TurkishTruthHurts Cheers. I watched the reports on those channels as well yes and I am aware that there are two sides to a story. Can I ask you this: Are you personally condoning and/or approving of any individual lying in the ground being attacked, kicked and punched by groups of people? (I don't. No matter who it is.)
The Dutch media are doing everything they can to spin this story. Right now the blame is put mostly on three parties: Maccabi fans, the Dutch people and Israel. They're saying Maccabi fans were terrorizing the entire city. Brave taxidrivers, already provoked by the fact that an Israeli team was even allowed to play in Amsterdam, then fought like heroes to defend the city, but in some cases slightly overreacted because they have been victims of islamophobia their entire lives. Brave police officers then did everything they could to help the still misbehaving Maccabi fans. But the accusations of antisemitism have hurt the people who took part in the pogrom so deeply that last night they all got together on a square in a different part of town and attacked random people in the streets. They threw rocks at a tram, chased passengers out and then set it on fire. On Saturday protesters, including a city council member, gathered on Dam square despite a temporary ban on demonstrations to show their support for the attackers and to call for worldwide intifada. Meanwhile angry arabs on talk-shows try to explain to us how we failed them and what more we should do.
Yup, it will never be their fault and they'll always need something more from the natives. Ironically jewish people greatly contributed to development of the Netherlands throughout it's history even though their numbers are small and now their opposites are moving in in insanely high number to benefit from joint work of jewish and native population making everything worthless in a few decades. Literally even if you give amazing things to others they can only accept what they know and islamics can't accept civilisation.
Oh shut up totally not true. What nobody tells is that Maccabi hooligans started the riots. At least 400 of them armed with sticks and weapons went into the city to start fighting. They started the fight. A bit the same as in Gaza. Terrorist kill Israëli in a brutal way and Israël responds by completely destroying Gaza and killed tens of thousands of innocent people. Israël will not be able to keep up the lying propaganda. Not in the time of social media. Israël has started something that will get way over their head.

A motion was just put forward in the city council to ask the mayor to step down. It was rejected 41 to 2. One council member actually said that the primary causes of what happened are clearly Israel and the Netherlands for supporting Israel. And nobody said anything. She stays and nothing changes.
Absolutely horrific how you can go to another country for a soccer game, cause problems for 2 days with no police intervention because you're Jewish and have privileges, and then get what was coming to you from the people that live there.

This wasn't a 'pogrom', it was annoying football fans bothering people and harassing taxi drivers and then acting like the victims and blaming 'the arabs' and 'the immigrants' like the Maccabi fans didn't instigate the whole situation. Don't act like the victim. Free Palestine.
And it is a smear on prosecuted Jewish people who did nothing to instigate the attacks and withdrawal of citizens rights during progroms. - Here we had Maccabi Hooligans - looking for trouble with people supporting the cause of Palestine (possibly DUTCH citizens). Now I guess there were also some Hooligans among them. Hooligans from Israel looking for trouble. Already the day before unrest taxi drivers were attacked by Maccabi Hooligans. So - did the Dutch police eveything they could to discourage that in advance. Or were the hooligans from Israel given more licence than let's say hooligans from Germany or the U.K.?
They are always quick to play the victim card. Attacked a taxi and vandalized public property, disrupted moment of silence for flood victims. Shame on them.

Yes, it has been a violent episode in Amsterdam. However, this version is not matching the numerous images that have surfaced. Interesting how there is no mention of the vandalism that was committed by the Maccabi fans already the day before, the taxi driver that was beaten up, the Palestinian flags that were burnt, genocidal chants being sung... Yes, he mentions there was chanting, and it was a good atmosphere. But he fails to mention WHAT was chanted: 'The schools are closed in Gaza because there are no more children', 'kill the arabs' etc. Very good atmosphere indeed! The still form the video behind the interviewer is shows group of Maccabi supporters chasing some few Dutch citizens. The police was accompanying and protecting the Maccabi hooligans, and not interfering with their outrageous behaviour. Indeed, violence was also committed against the Maccabi supporters, but then, don't the people of Amsterdam have a right to defend themselves? And incidentally, do you realize how racist you sound, as you refer to Dutch citizens as 'arabs'? This incident is not over. Amsterdam is now full or riots because of this hasbara version, but the Amsterdam citizens who were there and witnessed the scenes, they know that this is not exactly what happend and they are outraged. You need to start understanding, that anti genocide and anti Yionism sentiments have nothing to do with antisemitism. And by now it should be clear that those sentiments are shares by many jews in Amsterdam and world wide. I hope the following investigations will bring some more clarity on what really happened.

'Innocent Israelis' LMAO, are you dense? Israel has committed war crimes and is committing genocide against the Palestinians. The soccer fans weren't innocent either, they were harassing taxi drivers and other people, shouting offensive and hateful slogans and were being assholes, then acted like the victim when they received the same energy from Ajax fans and the people of Amsterdam. Get your shit together and look up what actually happened.
The Maccabi fans were tearing down flags as well (palestinian and dutch ones) and were causing trouble in the centrum even before the game (they beat up a taxy driver, chanted genocidal chants like 'kill all arabs' and 'the schools in gaza are all closed because there are no children'). This wasn't a 'pogrom' either, it's zionist islamophobic football hooligans not being able to take what they dish out themselves. The Israeli fans weren't the victim, they were the perpetrators and instigators.
They beat up a cab driver and destroyed a vehicle. They burned Gazan flags. They paraded around in Amsterdam in groups - and yes there are people that understand Hebrew and can send out translated videos.

It is disgusting how you victimize yourself. I am from Amsterdam and since the Maccabi hooligans toamed the streets, they turned out city into a Warzone, as they did in Athens. You should be banned from entering any other city. Other thing what was horrible, how they proudly chanted a children of Gaza need to die. During the football match to keep one moment of silence the Israelian hooligans kept disturbing the peace. This with all the havoc and problems they have caused made them ask for problems. You provoke and you play victim. It is a classic strategy
Glad someone says it. Not to forget the disrespect against the Spanish flood victims. Just because the Spanish government is mildly critical of the state of Israel. So this was not about sportsmanship.
Interviewer seems insensitive and rude, constantly interrupting him not letting him finish his sentences, greatly annoying. He did good though, glad to be able to hear his story!
It is very important that you watch the footage and hear the testimonies of the people who reported in the streets of Amsterdam. Hear the chants of the hooligans and watch them charge into town using everything they find as a weapon, throwing stones through every window with a Palestinian flag behind it. It is also important to clearly distinguish between vile antisemitism and justified anti-Israël sentiments. This incident was not against Jews in The Netherlands, it was against aggressive Israelis. Amsterdam has the right to defend itself.
@@DixieC-vj2sg I described the hooliganism in my comment. Further, in street interviews, the hooligans said that they were in Amsterdam "to take a break from the war".Nobody in Gaza has that luxury.
We are here and we rule the streets.’
It will be very hard and challenging to fix this threat to our democracy.
Catholics are not anti-Jews and Israel.
Every where in Canada Islamics pro Palestine, aka Hammas, protests, rallies are popping up. My sister is pro Palestine and so are so many ill-informed people in North America. USA. My husband is Dutch, we're visiting in May.

What angel would save someone who is living in a country that is actively commiting war crimes and ethno-genocide against innocent Palestinian people.
If you wanna hear a terrifying story, just read about the victims of the genocide in Palestine. The innocent children, woman, men and pets.

Why does the west let a genocide happen in Gaza. That is the real question you should ask yourself
No, the Jews in Europe in the 1930s did not instigate violence and did not misbehave or intimidate their fellow citizens. Oh, and the activists you mentioned, are well-known propagandists, it's not "another side" of the story
@TurkishTruthHurts
Cheers. I watched the reports on those channels as well yes and I am aware that there are two sides to a story.
Can I ask you this: Are you personally condoning and/or approving of any individual lying in the ground being attacked, kicked and punched by groups of people? (I don't. No matter who it is.)
@TurkishTruthHurts Crux is showing an interesting coverage of the events on Monday evening on the Plein 40 45.

What makes people feel safe enough to do violence like this? This is sickening.
How many cases filed, arrests and deportations? I hear alot "Im sovsorry, this isnt us", but no actions to back these words. 😢
So far from the images etc they identified and arrested 9 people.
Nobody got arrested 😢
What an amazing people Israelis are, high moral, high spirit.
Thanks God Truth reveals and wins,

So Sad. Absolutely horrific.
Absolutely horrific how you can go to another country for a soccer game, cause problems for 2 days with no police intervention because you're Jewish and have privileges, and then get what was coming to you from the people that live there.
How great arabic fighters - five against one !!!! Its hoorible
A mob of maccabi hooligans beat up a taxi driver in Amsterdam They also beat up a young man in Greece not to long ago. They are always attacking in mobs

Unbelievable! And the left-wing Amsterdam mayor played a very dark role in all of this!
Absolutely, they didn't arrest any hooligans that did what they wanted for 2 days in the streets of Amsterdam. I agree.
Yeah, not a single Israeli hooligan was arrested, while they had been throwing rocks through windows, at the police, attacking Dutch citizens, etc.
@@AudieHolland there ist no reliable source for what you say, there are no wounded "pro-palestinians" in hospitals, only Israelis! It was all very one sided!

Cowards do nothing to help. At best the civilians are cowards. The police had free Palestine stickers in their car; they were in on it. The Amsterdam mayor is in on it. It was a true pogrom.
Europe and Scandinavia have been compromised. They've already betrayed Jews before....
Nope please see the truth by looking up live reportage of Bender. Macabie holigans are to blame.
May the mayor and police be judged by HaSHEM as His enemies.
🎯💯
This wasn't a 'pogrom', it was annoying football fans bothering people and harassing taxi drivers and then acting like the victims and blaming 'the arabs' and 'the immigrants' like the Maccabi fans didn't instigate the whole situation. Don't act like the victim. Free Palestine.
I stand with israel
Great testimony
5 people ended up in the hospital. Calling it a pogrom is a bit rich to say the least.
Bit frustrating with this host, not letting him speak or speaking for him. Not professional. I would have liked to hear him finish his own thoughts.
His English is rough, tho….it was hard for me to understand him

They are always quick to play the victim card. Attacked a taxi and vandalized public property, disrupted moment of silence for flood victims. Shame on them.
Any Muslims that see this video, please feel free to condemn and denounce this violence perpetrated by your coreligionists.

And to Israeli's ..the jews who placed A'dam / 'Mokum' on the world map and made the Netherlands prosperous! The problem is not something new..it's a leftish, weak, ostrich kind of policy that ruined where we have always stand for. @angelesespinosasoriaPas vraiment non
You cant be alone but also be with the crowd. He is lying his ass off
Yes, it has been a violent episode in Amsterdam.
Yep, thanks for elaborating.
Opsporing Verzocht gezien? Ze zoeken alleen “Arabs”.

Thank you for your testimony. Of course the terrorists in Amsterdam recorded their violent terrorist actions against the innocent Israelis. Social media lives forever. Don’t forget you terrorists out there who deny what you did to the innocent Israeli soccer fans.
So if someone attacks an israeli hes an terrorist?
You know people accuse the other most of them time of what they are themselves.

I’m so sorry for what happened.😢 Such a hateful people; their hearts need transformation. Only God can change it.❤️ 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱 Jewish people are chosen God’s people.🙏🏾
There are no chosen people. God does not discriminate. To believe God would do such a thing is actually setting god on the same level as humans that are flawed
Well, I’m sorry to say: alas, Jews don’t ‘play’ victim…
Glad someone says it. Not to forget the disrespect against the Spanish flood victims. Just because the Spanish government is mildly critical of the state of Israel. So this was not about sportsmanship.

Truth, please. "Justified Anti-Israel"? What "Israeli hooligans"? Tell the whole truth please
@@DixieC-vj2sg I described the hooliganism in my comment. Further, in street interviews, the hooligans said that they were in Amsterdam "to take a break from the war".Nobody in Gaza has that luxury. The supporters are notorious for their violence-recently in Greece they went on an 'Arab-hunt'. All of them are either in the army or a reservist, and Amsterdam is not the West Bank or Gaza-Amsterdam has a right to defend itself 🙂
@@DixieC-vj2sg The Mayor of Amsterdam, Femke Halsema, has just said that Netanyahu quickly held a speech about what happened in Amsterdam before Amsterdam informed him. He pushed his narrative and framed it as a Pogrom. In international media, the video footage was completely flipped around: hooligans chasing people in Amsterdam were said to be fleeing... Halsema now retracts any of her comments now that Israelis and Dutch racists ran with them. Now we know that the hooligans were the instigators, and Amsterdam reacted.
