Ingredients :
For red and yellow jellies :
- 1 cup boiling water + 80 grams of mango flavour jelly powder
- 1 cup boiling water + 80 grams strawberry flavour jelly powder
For Custard :
- 1 litre milk
- 1/4 cup milk + 4 Tbsp vanilla custard powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiled coloured vermicelli (Boil 3/4 cup coloured vermicelli for 7 minutes)
- 3 Tbsp chopped almonds
- 3 Tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 cup fruit cocktail
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup mango puree (grind 2 medium mangoes)
- 200 ml cream (chilled)
