Try AMV [Abunai 2018 3rd place]

This Try AMV has been my submission to Abunai 2018 AMV competition where it received third place!
It's also my fifth year anniversary for editing for Abunai and AMV compo's as a whole! Really happy it all came together like this.
The screening went perfect in my experience and I am very happy how it was received at the convention.
This project was not the original plan for Abunai (decided to switch projects a week before the deadline and really work on it in the last 3 days), however, I am happy I went through with the project.
I never really did a full romance/drama AMV before this one and I have learned a lot from it.
Other incredibly talented editor friends told me the AMV was kinda bland for what I usually make. I would be lying if I said that was what I wanted originally for this concept, but I have no regrets editing a more vanilla AMV like this. It was the best choice given the sheer amount of time I had before the deadline. Time management really is a thing I should have learned these last 5 years... ow well.
Timmy the drawing you gave me looks great and has a spot next to the one you gave last year :). It made my day even better yet again!
Animecon fissa is a whatsapp group name from where everyone is in from my squad I was with at the convention this year. I had an amazing time with you guyz and will cherish the fun!
AMV netherlands exists a year now, and although it's activities slightly deviate from it's purpose (for the better of course very lively :P dab ), having you guyz around made editing a lot more fun for me and wanted to specially thank you for bringing it all together.
I will continue to edit so please look forward to my next works :).

Like i mention before you have a clear storyline in your scene choices. You also knew my scores Iike I told you that put you into 3rd place. Congrate once again Rogier and keep up the good work. I will be back again at MGC experience for the Anything Moves Video.
