How about when General Bat and Arch Dike Gorgpn show up with Shon Getter and Mason Kaiser? I was terrified when Bay busted out the Stoner Sunshine and nearly obliterated Getter G

In Alpha Gaiden, I haven't played Alpha yet but as far as i know it plays when even you fight Euzeth Gozzo or Zehirut at the end of the game but aside from that i don't know. :P Sorry if this didn't really help.

A song that encapsulated the idea "you're fucked" so well that it's still the go-to tune for Banpresto to use to this day.
