Hello friends.
Today I'm sharing the recipe for the fastest and tastiest cake!
Egg (2 pcs.).
Sugar (90g/~1/2 cup).
Cornstarch (40g / 4 tablespoons without slide)
Milk (500ml/2 cups).
Heat while stirring constantly.
As soon as the first bubbles appear, cook over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Place in the refrigerator until cool.
Whip 33-36% cream (250 ml/1 cup) until thick.
Mix the pudding cream with the cream until smooth.
For convenience, pour the cream into a piping bag.
25 x 12 cm (10 x 5 inch) tin lined with cling film.
Savoiardi cookies 17-18 pcs.
Leave some cream left.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Grind roasted peanuts (~100 g / 1/2 cup).
Spread the edges with the remaining cream.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
