    I'm definitely the same with lists, especially when feeling blah. When I'm in those moods I only give myself 3 tasks, and I make sure they're actually doable. Then I still get some dopamine from crossing things off my list, and I don't feel like I failed doing things. But then *sometimes* that dopamine gets me motivated to do something else from my large brain dump list. But if not, I still did my 3 tasks. Usually my 3 tasks are like you said, the must do tasks. But I still did them! I have tried to say, "what is the gentlest way I can approach the day?" Especially if I'm in a mood. It has really helped my mindset and mental health. ❤ You're doing great!

    Blah is a perfect word. This week has been pure crap. My birthday is Saturday and I have no plans. I cry in the shower. I wander between sad and mad! I absolutely relate. Too much to do and no motivation to do it 😔
