Tomato sauce 1 cup
Red chili sauce 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 3 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Thai ginger 3 slices
Ginger 3 slices
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Water 5 cups
Lemon grass 1/2 cup (10-12 leave)

Unfortunately shrimp is quite difficult to obtain in the country where I live, and lemongrass is probably impossible to get here. Nevertheless I'm gonna try this fabulous recipe! Don’t take it personally but I cooked without Thai leaf and Thai ginger and it taste Delicious 😋 as well. I used coriander brunch and regular ginger instead what is available in my house 😁

You don't need the galangal, but the lemon grass is a must for the smell. You won't get the smell eventhough it will taste good.
