What would happen to the transpiration rate if the leaf was entirely immersed in water before mounting it on the potometer?
You need a Controll with no leafe attached, to see how much water evaporstes ot of the Pipette
how would i know the difference between water produced by photosynthesis or transpiration pllsss help!

You can use a variety of different leaves. Best if they have a relatively large surface area :)
