This band has been my favorite since I discovered them back in 2008. They've progressed so well throughout their career. Their entire discography is great but their early 2000's stuff is amazing. Their logo is the one and only tat I have. Bjorn is such an amazing artist and singer. He's been a guest vocalist for so many great bands and his side project, The NIght Flight Orchestra, is good as well.
Soilwork is the band that got me into melodeath and metal in general beyond nu metal stuff back in high school. They'll always be one of my favorite bands. I can't wait for a new album.
Bjorn definitely in the top 5 best modern day metal vocalists the dude can do it all. Crazy to think they had no cleans on the first few records. The Chainheart Machine is still my favorite album a lot of nostalgia there for me and not a clean vocal to be found but it was a real true joy when they slowly started to introduce them on A Predators Portrait. Like holy shit this guy can sing like this too. I'm sure there are elitists out there that only like the non clean singing albums but the dude is so talented it was awesome to see him finally showcase it.
I remember Bjorn doing a collab with Motionless in White on the song Puppets 2 (The first Snow)... This guy's vocals are wonderful, live is sensational.
I miss Soilwork without all the Night Flight Orchestra influence. Don't get me wrong, TNFO is a good band, but I preferred when it and Soilwork were separate things, without all the overlap. That said, I haven't listened to a full album since The Ride Majestic, so maybe it's time.
Good song as always from soilwork, but nothing special for me compared to other stuff I like from soilwork. Might grow on me more as I listen to it more though. Hopefully they put out some more singles soon

Soilwork is the best chorus driven melodeath band of all time. 🤘

In Flames also have banging choruses
Anything this band puts out is amazing! I also love Bjorn’s work with Night Flight Orchestra

When i heard the intro, i was thinking of Machine Head "choke on the ashes of your hate"!... i like how the song evolved. Good work. 👍🤘❤️🔥
I only have one tattoo and it is the Soilwork logo safe to say I love this band.. Great song.
Same. Back in 2001, right after P.P. came out

Listen to the full 2022 album!
@@Theodor-es1rh I'll give it a try tomorrow! Honestly, might go through their whole catalog again. It's been so long.
