    Intermittent fasting is best 👌I am doing it. I eat my breakfast at 7 am . Lunch is between 3 pm to 4 pm. If you feel hungry in between 7 am to 3 pm, eat some fruit or salad. After lunch I don’t eat anything till next day morning. I lost weight and my cholesterol and triglycerides came down
