First attempt on the Hand experiment.. it worked! My right hand grew! thought I was going crazy for real. Then I tried it again on my left hand this time, and I told it to grow. And for a moment i thought I was insane, it also grew!
climbing everst became a tourist atraction... real badass people climb it without oxygen .. now you do it with oxygen, flags, guides , pathway everything is prepared for you .. believe me right now this activity is just something people do to show off .. the whole purpose is to have a spiritual inspirational experience by doing somethhing verry hard that requires you to risk your own life, but this is slowly transforming in a touristic experience where local guides risk their own life by bringing unexperienced untrained and bold-dumb people ... a profesional climber who do this regulary told me this.. and look this guy on google... just a motivational speaker..
I think Nuru is the embodiment of 'Life'. When you get stuck you can either give in and it could lead to your death (emotional or mental death) or have patience and determination to reach your goal. It's easier to fall than fly!
Put your hand in roughly same position as he did and put some force into it, no need to say/think anything. You can also clench your fist a few times or perform almost any other exercise with your hand. Pretty cheap trick.
That means you have the option to choose anything and you are not restricted by your talents or choice. Buddy believe in yourself you can do anything.😎👍
