Ingredients
For Boondi
1 cup Gram flour/बेसन
Salt to taste/नमक स्वादानुसार
1 tsp oil/तेल
1 pinch green food colour (optional)

For Sev
1 cup gram flour/बेसन
Salt to taste/नामक स्वादानुसार
1/4 baking soda/बेकिंग सोडा
1 tsp oil/तेल
1/4 tsp turmeric powder/हल्दी पाउडर
------------------------------------------------
1 cup peanuts/मूंगफली
1 cup poha/chivda/पोहा
1 cup indian brown lentils (6 hrs. (6 hrs. soaked)/मसूर की दाल
1 cup split chickpeas (6 hrs. soaked)/चना दाल
15-16 curry leaves/करी पत्ते
Oil for fry/तेल
---------------------------------------------------
For masala
1/2 tsp black pepper/काली मिर्च
7-8 clove/लौंग
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder/सौंठ पाउडर
1 tsp salt/नमक
1/2 tsp black salt/काला नमक
1/2 tsp red chilli powder/लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp dry mint leaves powder/पुदीना पाउडर
1 tsp cumin seed/जीरा
1 tsp dry mango powder/अमचूर
1 tsp chaat masala/चाट मसाला
2 pinch asafoetida /हींग
