He's excellent DPS if you really onto quick swap.
He's Bis team would be aggravated. Partner him with (ficshl or any electro support that applies a lot of electro)
Don't forget to have another dendro with deepwood
But you may be creative with comp and try other gameplay.

Only for kazuha situation where he needs to swirl an element for the viri debuff.
While xilonen only needs to skill>2x na for the debuff.
