5X5 TINY HOUSE WITH 2 BEDROOMS | Tour and house plan

We present the design of a small party house with a base of 25 m2 (5mx5m), with a rear patio 2m wide by 5d long. This house is distributed over 2 floors, considering the first level for the social area and the second level for the private area. For the proposal, a cantilever was added that serves as a balcony on the second level, protects the social area on the first level from solar incidence and allows us to generate better volumetry for the façade.
