I do think that DB3 is a little too powerful now that it can be canceled though. Since its only -13 OB, it can’t be hard punished, and on hit it leads to a mixup situation both via cancelling LNH and letting it rock. On top of that it has no pushback so can be looped multiple times. I think a fair tradeoff would be to make it -14 now so that there’s a greater risk since now we can throw it out whenever we get in range with minimal consequences.
I don't know why but if someone offered me a choose your character between t7 and t8 Steve id always choose t7 Steve. Tekken Steve combos and gameplay just isn't as exciting even as a viewer.

Thats how trash LH was/is. They should give steve mains options to transition into other stances after db32 like albatross sways Peekaboo or give him his old knock down into albatross 2 guaranteed. That way it becomes a proper mix up ch paragon option
