When he's on the ground hovering back and forth, slide under him. This is the best time to shoot him. He'll hover back and forth twice before rising to the air to shoot another thunderbolt. I used to think he was difficult. But now he's one of the 2 bosses in 7 I can usually no-damage(the other being Junk Man)

What the hell are people talking about? This does sounds like boss theme, especially the last part. Want to know what boss are mediocre and underwhelming? Look no further to Mega man 1's boss theme, MM5's, MMX7's, and MMZ2's.

Seriously, the box art looks like an AI drawing nowadays. It's got all (Most) the traits: Small changes to Characters, Colors wrong, in a background that doesn't fit the series.
In the previous Megaman's at least every boss battle had it's own theme. This OST is very cool but it feels like something is missing from the fights, since they're reusing it again and again throughout the game
