Yeah bro thats what i thought too, and kulos' skills are much less likely to miss unlike charm who misses alot! ( charm probably misses alot because she deals broken amount of damage )
And kulos can also deal double damage if enemy has wet effect and he also has heal! He's like the stronger version of charm, but the only problem is thats its hard to make him rb star!

kulos deal medium dmg and apply alot of pressure to the players!
pressure make the player stress alot
