      yes, other than creatiing a traverse using a line feature with cogo enabled, is there a way to draw a polygon with cogo enabled?? trying to avoid the step of converting from line to polygon and just use cogo with polygon if that is possible. Thank you in advance

      Hi @@michaelregan1802, Yes, you can directly create polygons using the Traverse tool. For reference, please consult the Introduction to COGO help topic [pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/introduction-to-cogo.htm]. Near the bottom you will find the following information: Polygons can represent parcel areas enclosed by COGO lines. You can use a simple polygon feature class or manage parcel polygons in a parcel fabric. Polygon features can be created with the Construct Polygon tool by starting from selected COGO lines. Polygons can also be created using the Traverse tool.

    Should have been set to US square feet for area. But, no biggie.
