For Bihar food I would recommend you Puri sabzi jalebi, methi poori with aalo tamatar, Ghugni with poori kheer, daal paratha, Makhana kheer/Gud ki kheer (made for prasad), sattu ka paratha/litti, pyazu(Pyaaz ke pakode). Do try. Love yor videos.

Nothing like it, food and taste changes in India every 20 kms...I was born in the Northeast ....did education at Chennai ....worked in UP, Haryana, Delhi, ..and now settled in Maharashtra....every place have a special distinction...no one can say that my state has the best food...it differs according to one's pallete.
