How to get to Inazuma without Archon quests. Genshin Impact 4.0 (Still works 4.8)

IT IS NOT PATCHED.
I WILL UPDATE TITLE IF IT IS.
In this video I will be showing how to get to Inazuma without the need for Archon quest completion.
Note: when doing the steps I cut out most of them because the whole process took like 15-30 mins
I did notice that I could've stopped sooner but what's done is done and I can't go back and change it
this was done using a method on another persons video but they had Inazuma unlocked already.
So I made this using their method for getting underwater and someone's reply to a comment
