My eldest room in the dorm tends to get left but that's mainly because he's 20 and does it himself well he forgets the mirrors etc and jobs we notice so I do go up every now and then to give it a good once over he does work 6 days a week night shifts x
Great video, makes me want to go and vacuum! I agree that having the washer on every day is so much easier than having a washing mountain at the weekend! Love the matching navy and white striped tops that you and your girls are wearing at the end of the video, very cute!
My bedroom is normally the room that unfortunately gets messed up, I’ve followed your laundry tips and organising tips and my room has stayed so tidy 😍
Wild Rhubarb and Pink Grapefruit are my favourites x I tend to clean like you just have most days but take slightly more time on one room maybe every other day, but toilets get a deep clean every day as I have 5 males in the house 😬 Hope your all well, stay safe x
I come from, as a kid, the kind of old fashioned family where the only time you really "cleaned" in an intense way was when you had company coming over that was more than close friends or relatives. Yes, my mother, who was the one who did all the housework because I come from a painfully old fashioned family, would vacuum and dust and wash counters and things like that, but she wouldn't do deep cleaning short of some kind of disastrous mess that occurred like one time we had several 2 liter bottles of Dr. Pepper sitting on top of our washing machine and they exploded all over the little room. That required a vigorous clean and rewashing of clothes hanging up. Everything in a "normal day" was just had a "lived in" look as long as no one would trip over anything and nothing was left out that was dangerous. My mother would spend what seemed like ages, but probably wasn't because I was a kid, ironing all my father's suits and related things like that because he was a preacher and she'd iron all her "church clothes". Where I live now, you don't see a lot of two story houses. I doubt a lot of people really do deep cleaning of everything very often anymore in most places around the world. :)
Great video love the wall papers you’ve used especially in your office it’s lovely.your whole house is beautiful.
Thank you so much! This was actually our old house but I loved it x

And cleaning I normally do about an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening but having a toddler I end up tidying up all day 👌
