love this - and I love improv - It completely changed my perspective on public speaking to just ease into the moment and be yourself. totally recommend it for anyone with a fear of public speaking -

If this is still a thought, that fear goes quickly once you realise you are accepted for what you say. Improv cannot function without that heightened level of acceptance.

This was so interesting. I really got what was said about the woman about to give her presentation. That was so powerful for her to wait for all the audience to stop gazing at the phones, and that she acknowledged and was grateful for their attention. Amazing what we can learn from each other.
    Thx for sharing!

Been watching The Eric Andre Show on Hulu this month. Never saw it before. Zany, crazy, but oh my he and his staff of writers are SUPER-creative. So many gags crammed so fast into each 11-minute episode. While these are the sorts of ideas I would absolutely come up on paper, I would not try 99% of them in physical life for fear they would not make anyone laugh, or they would not be worth the expense or time. I have no idea who gives Eric Andre so much money for so many sets to destroy.

Love to hear from what they have been doing, add to the body of work that is 'improv'

Don’t get overconfident. That’s honestly a much bigger and more damaging problem in society. Idiots running around thinking they know everything.

Excellent point. Improv helps temper that (if facilitated well)
