Yup. Pop'n music 6 (and under) is for the Playstation and Dreamcast. From Pop'n Music 7 (and above) is for the PS2. Currently, there is up to Pop'n Music 14 (maybe 15) in stores, and the arcade is up to 16 which just came out this month.
I played this with 2 other guys last night... LOL, one guy for the left 3, me in the middle, and another guy on the right... we PASSED with like a 700 combo >:D!
just simply 9 buttons (each button is about as big as the palm of your hand), and is in two rows; as it is shown on the bottom of the screen from 0:00 to 0:24. infact, this guy is playing at level 42(the highest level in the game), and most pros only get to 40. man, he could sure get alot of money if he went to a few competitions
