There is lots of intelligence and any amount of circumstantial and direct evidence of Russian hacking and co-operation with Trump campaign - what there is not is proof, nothing that would be conclusive in court. And if there was - we wouldn't know about it until the trial or end of the investigation.
For direct evidence of coordination see latest regarding carter page. For direct evidence of Hacking - lack of reports from IT professionals who installeed scripts from FBI to block ATL69/ATL70 attacks - all were confirmed as source Russia, basically.
There is zero doubt as reported in tech press that Russia did hack the DNC + RNC servers.

It is not the collection of the data that is of concern, its the unmasking and leaking of the names of people who where incidentally captured during the normal collection process. It paints a very bad narrative, and also puts into question legal and ethical use of classified information for party goals.
