Installed it myself without any issues. The wifi signal is great even ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxE_D_sddGAdiVUKp7PkkmyxO7bRtgqmk5 when the router is located far away. I really enjoy the night vision feature that allows me to see clearly any activity near our house (mostly cars and wild animals). The motion detection is helpful to me as well to monitor what happens on our front.
Can you use this camera without any subscription, just storing it on your flashcard is okay?

As near as I can tell with mine, it only records or snaps pictures when I make it do so with the app. As soon as I close the app, recording stops. I regret buying a pair of them.

My camera it set up. But will not work with the light sucket. Only work with the wall plug.Help

I changed my wifi company and I cannot get it to connect.any ideas
I installed my light bulb security camera successfully yesterday and I was getting alerts for every movement, even my sprinklers going off. That continued all night until this morning. Suddenly I am not getting any more alerts. What went wrong? Do you have any ideas what I can do to get my alerts back on? I've tried looking under notifications and on the app. There seems to be nothing on the app that'll help me with that. When I view the live camera footage, I can hear sounds coming from outside, so I know it's working. At one point, I looked out my window & could see someone pass, I waited for an alert and it didn't come. HELP!!
Not sure if a subscription for this is required but I read that in some cases people lose certain services with these devices if they are not paid-up subscribers.

Worthless without cloud service
I'm feeling really stupid. I have had this camera on my front porch for over a week now, and no matter what I try, I can't figure out how to turn the light on. Without the ability to turn the light off and on, because it replaced my porch light, makes it so that my porch no longer has any light. I have studied the manual, searched online, tried everything in the app, and nothing will turn the light on/off. Any ideas?
Have you figured this out? I'm having the same issue.
Your porch light my have a dusk til dawn feature cover it with black electrical tape and it should work.
Just a further note, In the night vision settings I believe the light went off when i selected infrared so maybe check that.
@@ryandean5179 I have not. I'm about to just get rid of the camera, because not having any light on the porch is worse than not seeing who is doing what on my porch. :/

You have noticed that the camera in auto tracking mode of your body only does pan, but no tilt movement? In manual PTZ mode you have done pan &tilt normally. This is a firmware issue that affect to many brands of this devices, mainly because all of them uses an original chinese firmware affected of the same issue.

I just installed the camer very clear price is attractive however it’s a come on if you want this it’s $125.00 a year if you want something else it’s &225.00 a year and never stops find another camera by the time your finished it will cost you plenty

Mine works fine without the SD card.

Yes a cell phone
Some of them you can also access through a web browser. So if you have a web browser, regardless of what device it is on, you can operate your cam.

Not true. I don't have a subscription and everything works fine.
@@richardscott9840 does need the SD card in order for it to turn on and work I downloaded the app and no sounds it's not on but I don't have an SD card in it.
@Elaine Patterson You don't need the SD card for it to work. It will work but it won't record anything. The ways to record activity is either through an SD card or through a subscription to their cloud service. You can skip the cloud and just get the SD card and that will record the activity.

Bought this camera after viewing the reviews of about 6 cameras. We are very happy and it does have the best image..
YES you have to pay a monthly subscription fee for the app to work, and it is expensive!! I can't seem to find out exactly the price, but everywhere I can find any info about it says it is very expensive, and the camera/app will not work without the subscription
