Cool. We r getting sound while vibration ..but I couldn't find any sound when u select vibration. But I got it new one where getting some sort of sound. Even couldn't find heat..Are the same getting with you?
If there is any irritating sound u notice then call customer care
As far as heat is concern I hv already mentioned in the video, up to 40 digree of heat u will get as mentioned in the catalog also
