( Adenomyosis in hindi ) इस विषय पे बात करेंगे | हर महीने महिलाओं के लिए एक हफ्ते का समय ऐसा होता है जो सिर्फ तकलीफों और दर्द से भरा होता है। पीरियड्स तंग कर देते हैं और कुछ महिलाओं को पीरियड्स में इतना ज्यादा दर्द होता है कि उनका हिलना भी मुश्किल हो जाता है। पीरियड्स में अगर आपको हद से ज्यादा दर्द होता है तो उसे सामान्य समझकर नजरअंदाज न करें।महिलाओ में periods के दरम्यान बोहोत ज्यादा दर्द होने का सबसे मुख्य कारण है Adenomyosis या endometriosis | तो आइये जानते है Adenomyosis क्या है ?
Adenomyosis क्या है ? (What is adenomyosis?)
काफी बार आपने गर्भाशय में सूजन के बारेमें सुना होगा या फिर uterus का muscle thick हो गया है जिसे हम Adenomyosis कहते है। Adenomyosis महिलाओं में होने वाली ऐसी बीमारी है जिसमें गर्भाशय की मांसपेशियों के भीतर के लाइनिंग टिश्यू (एंडोमीट्रियम) का स्थानान्तरण गलत जगह पर होने से गर्भाशय की मांसपेशियों में सूजन आ जाती है।
Adenomyosis symptoms - Pain during periods
Uterus के body में brown रंग का muscle रहता है जिसको Myometrium कहा जाता है। तो जब किसी महिला के periods के वक्त uterus के cavity मेसे blood, muscles pushout करते है जिसे हम menstrual flow कहते है। काफी बार आपने सुना होगा की periods या माहवारी के समय महिलाओ को पेट में दर्द होता है क्योकि uterus के muscles contract होते है तब महिलाओ को थोडासा दर्द महसूस होता है। पर बोहोत बार ऐसा भी होता है की कुछ महिलाओ को periods में बोहोत ज्यादा दर्द होता है जिसे dysmenorrhea कहा जाता है। Dysmenorrhea (period cramps ) का मतलब होता है mestrurated के सबंधित दर्द।
यह दो कारणों से होता है :
१. uterus का muscle contract हो रहा है पर उसके साथ का दर्द (Menstrual cramps) महिला सेह नहीं पा रही जिसे spasmodic dysmenorrhea कहा जाता है। इसमें period के पहले दिन से दर्द होता है और धीरे धीरे कम होते जाता है।
२. महिलाओ पुरे periods के दरम्यान बोहोत ज्यादा दर्द होता है। इसके बहोत सारे कारन है पर सबसे मुख्या कारण है Adenomyosis या endometriosis |
Adenomyosis में गर्भाशय के मांसपेशियों की thickness abnormally बढ़ जाती है और जितना ज्यादा thickness बढ़ जाता है उतना periods के वक्त दर्द ज्यादा होता है जिसे severe Dysmenorrhea कहा जाता है। जैसे जैसे muscles का thickness बढ़ते जाता है वैसे वैसे ये दर्द बढ़ते जाता है और यह thickness manage करने केलिए कोई दवाइया नहीं होती।
