@@bryanxjames1215loki just stopped the branches from dying that doesn’t mean that timelines won’t die from outside forces. Also universes and timelines are different things. Miguel’s killed a universe by living in it when he didn’t belong tryna replace that universes version of him. Incursions and nexus events could still happen. Loki just made it possible for multiple timelines and therefore multiple universes to exist instead of just having the secret timeline kang had.
