Apparently he has a rep in Ireland (might wanna fact check that part because for some reason this man has a lot of haters lol). But yeah it's mostly Sabrina reflecting on her experiences with men she's dated and is asking Barry not to mess what they have up basically.
I have watched this video SEVERAL times and it wasn't until this time when she dangled the cuffs and I went "wonder where she got those..." for... ya know, purposes, that it occurred to me... what if she was an undercover agent. and she used him to get close to the mob family but then he kept SCREWING UP HER CASE. He's a bad guy he's in trouble alot and gets locked up in and out of jail and she bails him out every time she wants to believe he's a good guy and that she's got good taste but everyone else rolls their eyes because they all know he's not good for her but im.guessing she's trying to see the good I'm him but him getting in trouble with the law all the time is saying other wise and im sure that's why she cuffed him to keep him stayed still to stop going out beating up bad guys getting arrested etc
