Because it was used in the original Remix 8.

And Cosmic rhythm rally is rhythm rally 2.
Just Marco for a late reply rhythm rally 2 in megamix is the one on the cake and cosmic rr is technically rhythm rally 3 in megamix maybe he nust used 2 since it was 2 in the original

This remix’s speed actually scares me since the DS game is the only one I never played
The remix 8 is harder than remix 10 in this game, LOL.
But remix 4 of the DS game is faster, and yet people don't complain about it.

the song is just generally faster now though so that makes up for that i guess
i love that wii and 3ds remix 8 makes is sad but ds is:

It's so hard to know when you need to flick or tap

In the ost the music doesnt actually speed up at the end, only when you actually play the remix it does

The thing that really bugs me about this is that in the starting and ending parts, rhythm rally uses flicking instead of tapping (at least on the DS) so when it goes to a game that you tap, it’s hard to know wether or not it’s a tap or flick. Is it just a button press in megamix?
Also, at the end, shouldn’t it speed up?
It's normally button but you can change it to simple tap
