5 Hari ealichi - green cardamom
2badi elaichi - black cardamom
2 daalchini - cinnamon
4 laung - cloves
2medium size onions
11/2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2cups water
2tbsp curd
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tbsp chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp clarified butter
10-15 black pepper
1tbsp chopped garlic
½ tsp chilli powder
½ litre Water
½ tsp garam masala
Green coriander
Green chillies
Ginger juliennes
