Man don't think about all the things you can't do it's a bad situation with your wrist but you could clean you could get some cardio in you could meal prep you could focus on another hobby to stay occupied great video and breakdown btw love your content

I have been heavily playing kayle last month, playing actually with rageblade and kraken and I would swear like every match my teamates ping my items and be like why r u building this and i get flamed and they blame me for losing 1 v 1 early with kayle and aomeone would troll and that is how I lose gg wp rep all
i even built "normal" items with kayle & still got pinged

I have heard that guinsoo+kraken is completely bugged atm, kraken procs every 5 autos instead of 3 so i would no recommand buying it

Since your hand is still heling, maybe you'd consider doing in depth item guide? After changes I'm not really sure what to build, and hearing your thoughts on new builds would be so much help. Also I hope you'll get better soon
In mid masters rn i do the same build as xiao chao meng, except bork rush for lifesteal in lane, and rylais last. So you dont get zhonyas. Build guinsoo second. You do so much damage and have 3.3k hp with conditioning overgrowth.

@@orionofstarlight898 straight bork, but wits end later in the build. If ap jung + top you can switch the order and buy bork later
Standard AP build is still the best, wits end is the only really good ad item for Kayle
