Unsure why but very difficult to hear the audio even w/ youtube volume and laptop volume at highest level. Thank you for sharing this information - very helpful in preparing for what is to come!

Noted for next time. I'll be recording the same talk in person on Tuesday (and will publish on UA-cam a week later)

Not much I can do about that now, unfortunately, but I'll try to adjust the mic volume next time... I did a sound check at the start and everyone said the sound was Ok, but I'm going to record the same talk with a live audience this week and I'll publish that version next week

Also... there should be closed captions available soon (UA-cam is auto-generating them so maybe check back later)

Survived the impostor syndrome and got the PhD just to face the syndrome again because I could not find a job with my PhD 😥, it's validating my old syndrome.

You'll get through it! I had the same problem and ended up working in a bar for a few months as the most overqualified bartender in the city
