idk i always felt that Fatal Tornado was supposed to be a aoe mobbing pa, but it has no range when comparing sword or wl, it's in this weird limbo where it's not good for anything except looking cool i guess.
I've always used Fatal Tornado on downed bosses. I dont use sword, so Streak Calibur is not one of my choices anyway. My multiweapon is Spear/Wire. According to frame data provided, thrusting javelin after even 50 hits doesn't meet the DPS of just spamming fatal tornado. it may be a bit more PP efficient, but doesnt do as much damage. I only ever use it situationally, when avenger countering against enemy attacks that leave them vulnerable for a long time like the ones Varas uses. But then again, now that I double check, it doesn't look like the provided frame data has taken into account the recent buff to thrusting javelin potency. I might have to change up what I use on downed boss now :o
I used a primm sword and a primm spear enhanced to level 10, without any augments, on downed Veteran Dustyl Hammer. I repeated the process 3 to 5 times for each PA and compared the average on these graphs. And for the chart at the end, I just summed up the total damage dealt during one boss down and compared them. I mean the numbers are on the line charts… I could’ve provided the excel sheet but I doubt it would have clarified anything or helping with comprehension.

I’m not really well versed with ranged classes, I’d have to level them up and get used to the class first. That being said, I could maybe do it once I have some time.
@@AkariiVT Alts will inherit all skill points, so you could simply make an alt whos dedicated purpose is to be a "researcher". Carefully capping their level and doing cocoon runs for future data. And if you don't I think I will >:D mua ha ha ha ha! Seriously though great work.

@@AkariiVT Thanks for the reply! Are you using a program to help calculate the damage you are doing? A lot of my PAs/weapon actions feel very "close" as far as effectiveness. I was hoping to do something similar to what you did so that I could figure out which attacks I should be using to maximize dps.
@@fernandodurand294 Anytime!! Overall, it’s pretty time consuming which is why I haven’t made any new video since then as I’m busy with finals. You have to record each sample, analyze it frame by frame with an Excel sheet on the side and write down the total damage dealt after each frame. As far as I know there is no other way to analyze frame data other than manually doing it in Excel.
@@AkariiVT I think I might understand now, so are you recording your screen/game while playing PSO2 NGS and then going back and manually figuring out all of the calculations?
