being... well, 12, I didnt play this game when I was 7. The only way to play this was at my best freinds house when i was 4. Then i got SM64DS. And holy shit, did i not beat that till 2014, when i did a 100% playthrough. Then, I sat there, enjoying my hard work. and this song, is a trophy to me. a memory, that tells me "You beat the game, nice job" And i think the best thing i could, when i listen to this song: "yay."
Too bad that's not happening, Nintendo officially stopped releasing Nintendo 64 games, as much as I want super Mario 64 2, I live to know that won't ever happen...
Can you remake this for a higher quality remix? I am going to be honest and say the jump from a techno sounding beginning to a full orchestra is not pleasant to the ears. I think it needs to have a swell or some sort of set up. Other than that it sounds awesome very faithful to the original. I think it deserves a 2019 rendition. @PacoChanV2

A 64 2 would be stupid as hell. They would need to make it very different, but on the same open world premise, and a different theme/name.
