@@KristineArt Its just stunning already Kristine. I was just googling Manganese Violet as I dont have it. Any other alternatives or could I just use Rose Madder Genuine as the flower colour????
So many have been asking for Hydrangea 🙈😂 but I was not ready, and even when I started I wasn’t 100% sure but thanks to one of my student she encouraged me and we are painting this flower!

I started watching this video, and immediately feel 3 steps behind. Where/what is the "reference" which is being referred to? Did she hand draw the sketch of the flower? Was it some sort of transfer on the paper? Does this mean if I can't draw, then I can't paint?
