Hello, I think that this is kind a "old school" hard trance. There is distinctice area between 1998/99 and 2002/03 when beats where brought down to around 140BPM and right before hard trance morphed into hardstyle. It looks something which I consider old school rather than classic. So in that respect yes thats millenium sounds as you referred. LONG LIVE HARD TRANCE ! 🙃🙃🙃
