We got a Maybo HSX, I love that drop out. Fixed length helps with gear changes leaving the same level/angle for gate starts and manuals. I have not had to adjust the brake more than a couple times, but we dropped the rear wheel weekly. Reduced my stress and attention to the rear wheel placement. I did not think the chain tensor would be cool, but it works amazingly, it has little to no drag, helps with alignment into the gear, and adjustments can be fine-tuned through a spinning lockdown system.
Been looking for your channel, ppl don’t know u dropped the greatest Xmas album of all time. U should remaster it and drop it again, I think it would kill on tik tok or social media period in the holiday season
Thanks for the love Sha!! I think I will this year. It's the actually the 20 year anniversary of the album. LOL Peep how I'm replying to all your comments in reverse order lol!
My favorite dropouts that I have experience with are the Rift frames I also like the supercross flip chip design as well. I think the marshal really cool in a unique way but it’s kinda ugly 😂. Cool vid though I like your content.
Great vid! Keep em coming! Al, I'm always wondering if we ran into each other as teens in Long Island. I spent a lot of time at BMX County in Centereach when Tony and Chris were running the shop. Also a lot of time at the practice track we built next to Clinton Elementary school.
Thanks for the love! We've probably crossed paths. I used ride more in Nassau county and the city way back in the day. I went to Clinton trails once way back when they had that massive table top jump.
@crazyalcayne yup! We called it Mt. Clinton! Such awesome memories. What were you riding back then? I was on a blue Torker2 360Air, full on freestyle bike. Lol
Wow, BMX Country... I used to live at that place. I graduated from Newfield in '92. Used to ride the "jelly bowl" and some clinton trails. Never got into trails too much though. Preferred flat land on my Redline RL20..
@eroblesmay74 yeah, Tony was the best! I spent alot of money in there. I was Longwood class of 90. We almost definitely crossed paths. I would be about 3 years older than you.
I'm not really familiar with dirt or carbon fiber frames.. I'm more street vert or freestyle but this interesting to me. Carbonfiber is more expensive than best metals
Hey thanks for checking it out. Yeah Carbon is a lot more expensive than aluminum or chromoly. I believe Titanium may be a little stronger that Carbon though and that's really expensive.
Bra, What's the best 24? Im 6'2' 207 I cant ride a 20. What's best, a Supercross BMX | Vision RSX - Aluminum BMX Race Frame, A RS7 or maybe a Chase? Am I safe on a Carbon Bike at 200+ pounds. I like the idea of a fixed rear or chip flip for drop outs, then I cant screw it up!
@@brandihodges9548 I have a WiaWis MXT-XT limbs on my target bow, they are pretty freaking amazing. I knew they made bikes but have never seen one "in the wild" how do you like it?
WOrd you definitely can't go wrong with Supercross or Chase. Why do you say you can't ride a 20? There are guys your height that ride/race 20in. Just have to get one that fits you. Something like a XXL- XXXXL, 22inch top tube or longer would definitely fit you. If you're looking for a complete bike, Chase has a lotta options, so does DK if they're still in stock. There're a lot of good brands that do frames only, just have to pick the one you like.
They can be complex but not necessarily complicated.... if you have all the right parts. But they all make aligning your rear wheel a lot easier and precise. Great for the racing side of things.
Damn that marshall is badarse!
Bruh im still drooling
Word!!
LOL! yep!
This is crazy from the 80's to this.
Yessir, things leveled up! A lot.
Very good review! Thank you, I learned a lot.

That's awesome!!
Great video! Here's to the Short Rear End Club !
Awww Yeah!! Thanks!
Love my SYB 224 SYNDYT. Lotta adjustments
OH YEAH!!! There's enough adjustment where you pretty much have two bikes in one.
I was offended with you talking about my long rear end…I work out daily and try my best
LMAO!!!
You should be more worried about your oversized twin top tubes by that comment 😂
@@LBoy-o6n zing! :)
Awesome video !!
Thanks!!

Wonder if/when we’ll see printed and combo bikes like the Atherton mtb’s
A 3d printed BMX Bike would be interesting. I gotta check out the Atherton's bikes I didn't know they were doing that.

Thanks!! Yeah the Rift is nice too! I might do a part two to this list in the near future.

thanks, but im sticking with my standard byke, love the thing to death
Standard's are awesome frames!
Less is better. I like the syndit and the Speedco
Both are great frames!

You can't go wrong with the Supercross, also Daylight's are freaking awesome.
I'm 225 and ride carbon WaiWis class bike...no problems. I also have carbon MTB.
Depends on what type of riding. If you are planning on sk8 parks, dirt jumping or street get a 22 in wheel chromoly bike like a fit or s&m
