Больше всего мне понравилась совместная работа единомышленников и атмосфера участников, их заинтересованность в не только в конечном результате, а в самом процессе - быть одной душой, одним телом и единой мыслью. Это потрясающе, захватывающе и вдохновляюще!
I always feel like I have to make a connection with nature and I have to leave with the natural thing anyway I love this video and this video gives me a lot of motivation a lot of love from Nepal
modern "standard" building is actually harder work in my opinion because of the lack of connection with nature and community. But hard work on a earthen shelter like this is actually fun and the results are worth so much more! ty for sharing
@@svetlanikolova7673 - This project is in Portugal, can't be more West than that in Europe. LOL :-) The last place where I lived in Portugal, was in fact some 15 minutes drive, from the most Western point in Europe. And yes construction regulations are a serious "problem". In this particular case I have no clue how they dealt with that. By far most regulations are "assembled" around concrete and steel as material. So things like adobe, clay, wood, etc. I guess will find a legislative hole. I guess the people in "Tamera", another Permaculture project on the South, have had the same problems regarding regulations.
I came here cause I was looking for ideas to add to my prayer request on how I want my HOME to be built like what environment I'd like to be in and so forth I found this very helpful
Hi. Fantastic project and natural constructions, really, i love! i will do your stage for sure when i get enough money, it really enjoy me. You're right, it is an inspiration for me. P.S : can you please give the names of music in your film? i really love these songs. Have a nice day and continuation.
pachamanart hey you can find the names of the musicians in the very end of the movie in the credits. Thank you for your positive feedback. Will post another movie the next week's. Subscribe my channel to not miss it :)
I love it, I live in Hawaii but am from Wisconsin thinking of renting cabins with different types of natural construction for each. Such great ideas😁❤🧡💛🖖
Hello, i already write post on your video to show you my congratulation for this natural building, it's very lovely ! I come back on this video, because i'm surching information about build a small eco-house on a "farmland", how much meters can we build on this type of land in portugal? I find nothing about rules in portugal on internet... and i will if it's possible come to portugal, live this land, love this land, take care of the earth and create a wonderful natural place! I hope you will see this post and answer me about what you know. keep doing what you do, i wish you good vibes for your future life and project!
Hey thanks, I am not living in Portugal so I cannot answer your question I am sorry. I suggest you finding someone who lives there. You can contact eco villages and communities in Portugal.
All the information you want/need is online. Point being it's in Portuguese! That leads me to believe it might be slightly more troublesome for you. If you have no command of the language. Anyway that's a step, not a barrier. ;-) Regarding how much construction area is allowed it all depend on location, situation, integrated planing, etc. Like in all civilized countries there's stringent rules and regulations about construction indexes, land occupation, soil impermeability, distance to water lines, property lines, structural allowances, seismic and safety regulations, etc, etc. The all shebang. Example: My small 1.2 ha land, only allow max. 240m2 of total construction! Because it's integrated on a natural park. With more stringent rules. Similar land size in other places might allow until 600m2, etc. Each case is generally "unique" and checked by authorities, as in any other country. With this said local architects and engineers are at your service, as in any other place. Cheers
Hi. I love what you are doing. It looks like you are using Eucalyptus trees which are to say the least are plentiful in Portugal and regrow in 7 years. Do you need permission to build the houses? I considered setting up something similar on my land near Monchique but was put off by the need for permission from the Camera. I will be doing something like this and will probably stick to blacksmithing and wooden construction of equipment. I'll contact you through the Facebook group. Great to see your good work.
Hey John I am happy you like the video. Yes this video was made in Protugal at the Terra Alta Community. There is plenty of places in America where permaculture is practiced! I suggest you to just google the state you are together with permaculture and you will find a lot. I know that there is a lot of natural building going on in washington state
Did you make this video? It is VERY well made! :) I love how you documented this process and the results. Great eye for detail and you were not scared to let the material speak for itself without commentary. Do you do more videos? Would you be interested in cooperating in the future?
I am actually working on a short movie about tadelakt right now :) Should be ready in the next weeks. Contact me on my email so we can talk about cooperation ipclaren@gmx.de or facebook ilka pia
I'm in Haiti i just got my first piece of land. I want to build an eco economic social friendly home. I want to teach others that we don't need all these big mansions made out of all these expensive imported materials that is destroying our environment. I started farming I am learning to grow everything on my land. I need your help. Help me teach as I myself will learn from you how to live a sustainable life. please help me to show them how it's possible. Now it's all land I'd like to build my first house on it using my property as the beginning of an amazing movement. Would you like to be a part it?
As long as your fire is mixed with fire, and death continues to the world then it did not happen to natural construction ... It is known that everything has the wisdom of life. Right?! Even the inanimate responds differently depending on the situation .. Where does he have the wisdom to respond ?! The light that hits him, or the thing he encounters, and then he makes a different sound. In other words, there is wisdom and ability to react that are attributes of life, and if so, even the still is alive. Therefore it is forbidden to spoil or destroy or destroy or lower the level of every creature because this is called "death", "killing" "destruction" ... And if you thought so far that you could not kill in silence, then by burning a fire you consume it and actually kill it. We have died that it does not continue to exist in its meaning .. And as you cut down a tree that grows, it becomes silent and death as if a person died even though you still see his body, is considered dead because it has fewer mental powers now .. But look at the beauty, there is a bamboo that was made alone by itself at a certain point becomes heat, although it lacks water .. Because it moves to be the next bamboo that grows from his roots .. And it is a tree which in three days is able to grow meters. And there is also a palm tree, whose branches become still alone at a certain point as above, and branches of banana ... Of which you can make structures and tools, and network-related manuals .. But if you are interested in building a home, see what the wisdom of nature teaches. Bears, for example, sleep all winter in a cave .. A cave made of rocks and mud, and its grass is naturally dry. There is also a stalactite cave that is made of limestone remains. Nature teaches that it is possible to take the material from which the stalactites in the cave, these cones, which are dissolved in water, form shapes, Then you can add lime, chalk and so on to the mixture with the water, and wonder how wonderful buildings have been made so far from mud, stones and lime. It is also possible to incorporate bamboo and palm branches in the ceiling, which is much better than chopping wood, or a fire that accompanies cement and concrete. Our temporary channel is still in Hebrew as of today, but we hope to add a translation so that we can be understood in any language, any support for language translation is welcome .. השתמשתי בgoogle translation אתם מוזמנים לבקר בערוץ שלנו... :)
Hey ilka, it seems that you are in Portugal, we are starting a similar project near Aveiro, maybe we can cooperate somehow, hugs great video, great inspiration in terms of video editing (on this topic) and about bio-construction
hey you can check on our facebook page and when you come beep us, right now we are having a bio construction workshop here - facebook.com/quintadasrelvasbranca/?fref=ts
Not all trees are good trees. We have a lot of introduced trees here in New Zealand- they are pests and are causing problems, just like a lot of the introduced animals. I have some Willow on my land and they are damming up our stream. But now I have a plan for them. I will cut them up and use them in my Earth house. A pest in life a benefit in death. I have the clay, the straw, the water, the trees, l only need to buy sand. I am replacing most of my pasture land back into native New Zealand subtropical bush. We live in an off the grid, alternative lifestyle area and have neighbours with cob homes. They are beautiful.
Oh of course, and because of one tiny cigarette the whole project is not natural and part of nature anymore... it is probably not sustainable and reasonable either and full of chemicals such as the cigarette. It´s always amazing how the small things make such a change, like in this case a little cigarette, right?
The destruction of valuable trees in nature for the whimsy of Art is neither wholly good nor wise. The teaching of other in this prodigality is appalling.
dear Esteban. The wood that has been used in this build is from trees that have been blown over from a big storm early this year. The corses teach mindful use of materials and of course the sustainable use of wood is part of it. It is all insired by the permaculture principles. Thanks for your comment, it is a good point that you bring up

It's certainly much more intuitive!
É tudo de bom ! ✌✌✌👏👏👏
That's really beautiful amazing piece of work guys ... love it

Hi! Beautiful project;) i was just thinking.... what about permits???

Incredible. I don't have money to spend though, one of the many reasons I want to live in a hole in the earth.
Sehr cool, wann geht es nach Deutschland damit? :D

you should make a wood vinegar stove
Hey Connor, what is a wood vinegar stove?
its a stove with a really long pipe that cools the smoke into a fluid that can be used as a pesticide
can you share a link to building instructions and more information?

hey you can check on our facebook page and when you come beep us, right now we are having a bio construction workshop here - facebook.com/quintadasrelvasbranca/?fref=ts
His name should be Adam
Hei you
👍👍👍👍👍
too much use of wood, that means cutting tress.
Syed Shah as already commented the trees that have been used where blowen down in a storm
yea, why dont they build adoves(mud blocks) like the native americans
Judging others while living in a glass house doesn’t change a thing ✌🏽

nutural ..??? all the tools so ... nutural .. another sow !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even primitive man used tools - if your going to be sarcastic be intelligent with it.
Smoking is not natural nor is it part of nature... I watched 2 minutes.
I agree with you. There were enjoyable parts in the video later on though.

Native Americans smoked tobacco. Not endorsing smoking. Just sayin.
Adam Sahr I have a feeling. JUDGEMENT isn’t what they r looking for in a neighbor anyways. 🙋🏻♂️🙋🏼♀️👋

I am sure you live in a city where they destroyed a whole entire forest plus all the wildlife to create it.
