CPI Range Plus preamp used with Cobra 2000GTL radio

Listening to locals talk on CB channel 30 in the upstate of South Carolina. One is just over 20 miles away and the other is 15 miles away. Listening on a stock Cobra 2000GTL using a CPI Range Plus preamp. At the beginning of the video the ANL switch is off on the Cobra, I switch that on but leave the noise blanker off.
