I took your classes in Omaha years ago. It was my first yoga. I didn't realize it would be the best. Finding a good instructor really is hard. I was lifting hard and water skiing in the summers while doing your classes and got very strong and powerful. Yoga was a major contributor. Thanks for your dedication to your profession. How ever you ruined my yoga because I can't find anyone to challenge me and make it fun the way you did.
