One family in our parish dressed up as the Nativity (Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, angel, shepherd, sheep) for Halloween. My son's class dressed up as saints at his Catholic school for Halloween one year. Our pastor also likes to have the All Saints Eve Mass outdoors next to our cemetery. It is very cold that time of year where we live, but it is very beautiful. The youth set out candles near the head stones. Our pastor always points out that he doesn't want us to consider the cemetery to be spooky but to appreciate that we are celebrating Mass where we bury our local (uncanonized) saints.
my kids go to Catholic School and I don't really like them promoting this cultural Halloween that has nothing to do with the Church.

Eh. I’m pretty sure if we make sure our children know Halloween is just about dressing up and getting candy it’s probably fine. Jesus understands what they’re doing. I mean, c’mon
I don't let my children celebrate this pagan event, as it is a saints day. I prefer to keep it simple.
