The matcha and white chocolate makes me think of matcha KitKats. There was even a special Mikan orange matcha KitKat last spring. I wonder if that was part of the inspiration!
Matcha is a strong slightly bitter green tea, slightly similar to cocoa powder. The white chocolate probably balances it and makes it "rounder" and creamy. I didn't try it, but it kind of makes sense.

I didn't know that Maurice Roucel did Macha Meditation, that makes it even more appealing. I'm definitely going to have to get my hands on a sample. I prefer soymilk in my matcha tea, whether I'm taking it cold or hot.

I heard Jovoy Remember Me smells like chai tea so will definitely get it. I missed on Tea Escape when they were being sold sadly. I wonder if there’s any fragrance that smell like Milk Tea or Boba 😆
my absolute favorite from them is still coffee break. i'm looking for a summer fragrance so i might try this out, because i'm just a sucker for gourmands. on me, coffee break wears just soooooo creamy. it's like getting a caramel latte in a cafe with bundles of lavender on the tables, and all the furniture is made of wood. lol and i get compliments whenever i wear it. it might not be the most unique fragrance they make, but i enjoy it
The L’Occitane green tea with jasmine was beautiful. Shame it was discontinued. This new Margiela fragrance sounds nice but I’m a bit unsure about the tea and gourmand combination.

I just have Beach Walk and I love it, I just bought my bottle of Musk Ravageur, so same perfumer I need to try this, the only Tea fragrance that I have is BVLGARI Pour Homme I really enjoy that one. Thank you Sebastian!

I think this is one that I will really like too. If you have a recommendation of an Oolong or Pu'er tea scent (that does not overly rely on citrus accords) please let me know! I have been searching for one. :)

I really, really hope the Jasmine is not heavy handed. Too much literally smells like shit and it gives me nausea. I'm not sure how people can tolerate white florals. Everything else sounds amazing

I would say the white chocolate is used cause they very often make matcha flavoured white chocolate, or at least where I am it is quite often done.
Tea is my favorite note in perfume. I enjoy Bvlgari tea fragrances. I have to check this out, i never smelled anything with white chocolate.

Usually cream dont go with matcha tea, but cream do combine very well with matcha in desserts. Most matcha dessert has a creamy and milky flavor

Adding milk to matcha is done quite a bit in Asia. It’s how I prefer it.

Tbh not really, the earthy matcha scent disappears on the dry down and the jasmine floral becomes stronger
